Initially the marketing person commits 10 yrs warranty and it fails within 4 yrs . When contacted customer care they have no details on the warranty. For every technician visit their charges are close to $200. Not worth for the money invested for the water softner product

We just had Justin at our home to service our unit and he was great! He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the seal kit in 10 minutes. He is extremely knowledgable and polite. Thank you Culligan man!

We had this product installed many years ago, and it has given us wonderful peace of mind about the quality of water we're drinking. The huge list of contaminants that it removes is amazing.

Brandon Yerkes changed our filter and we discussed adding more to our system as we are worried about our water quality. We have a neighbor that buries things he shouldn't. Brandon was great.
