...chris was on time, and worked efficiently and had it all done in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions and explained to me the new connections and how simple it is to use it. This is my second unit with Culligan and happy with getting about 15 years out of the previous system. I highly recommend San Marcos Culligan!! From Randy who sold me the new system, the friendly office staff who got me scheduled promptly, and the excellent installation from Chris this morning…topnotch company!!

Quick (within 1 day) to respond from the website. Technician sent next day to evaluate. New unit ordered and came within a week. Only delay was my schedule, not theirs. Installation team of Chris and Adrian were on time, had all they needed to get the job done, which they did with great efficiency and expert knowledge. Terrific service work. Best in class!

From Ethan coming out to test our water & discuss options, all the way through installation by Chris & Kevin, they made everything effortless on my part. All were very professional & efficient. Had a water softener & RO system installed on a rental basis so that all servicing is included and I don't have to worry about remembering adding salt periodically. OMG in the difference in the taste of my water. I always refrained from drinking my tap water, but now it's so good I no longer need to purchase bottled water. I give total recommendation to Culligan Water of San Marcos.

Installing a water softener was the best decision. I wish more people had told me it was important to test and consider much earlier. My pipes and bathroom fixtures thank me and my hair is soft again!
